Orders may be shipped from different locations
We have multiple distributors so your order may come separately depending on availability of items at a given distributor.

Your order is automatically forwarded to the next warehouse in line until your complete order has shipped. You do not pay additional shipping if your order has to ship from more than one warehouse due to a back-order condition.

Shipping Companies we use for shipping
US Priority Mail, FedEx, UPS for US orders, international carriers may vary.

We do not accept COD orders.

When does my order ship?

Your order will usually ship the next business day that you order the product, if the order is submitted Sunday through Thursday before our 3:30 pm est deadline. The warehouses are closed on weekends and do not ship. UPS express shipping methods do not deliver on weekends. Also, UPS does not guarantee delivery for express methods around holidays, and in the case of bad weather.


Please note that the shipping options you choose take effect on the day the item ships, not the day you order.


For example, if you order an item on a Friday or a Saturday, the next business day (normally, with the exception of a Monday Holiday) would be Monday. If you pay for next day shipping, you should receive it by Tuesday.


In some cases, the item you order may be found to be out of stock at the warehouse. We will forward to another warehouse as quickly as possible. This happens rarely, but due to fluctuating stock levels of popular products, we try to forward your order to the best warehouse best able to fulfill your order.


We cannot control delivery errors, especially if your address is not 100% complete.


Shipping To An Address Different From Your Billing Address

To protect customers from credit card fraud, we mandate that the shipping address match the billing address to which your monthly credit card statement is mailed. If the addresses are different, please contact your credit card company to add the alternate shipping address as an authorized secondary address. Your credit card company's phone number can be found on the back of your credit card.


Per legal obligations and instructions of the credit card company, we do not ship to unverified shipping address. This is for your protection and to help maintain a safe on-line shopping experience.


Persons who commit fraudulent activity will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Both the FBI and the U.S. Secret Service are responsible for investigating Internet Fraud Cases. Fraudulent information will be provided to the issuing bank, shipping carriers and networked with our business partners.


Signature Required


All Orders are shipped "Signature Required." If you cannot be at the shipping location to sign for your package, please contact DHL (800-CALL-DHL), FEDEX (800-GO-FEDEX) or UPS (800-PICK-UPS) directly with your tracking number to request that the carrier hold the item at your local facility and you can go to pick up your package at your earliest convenience. MHDnet llc and are not responsible for any item returned due to no signer, lack of claim, collection, receipt, payment or any other reason there too.


Returned Checks


In the event that our Bank, due to insufficient funds or any other reason, returns a check from a customer, it will incur in an automatic $50 returned check fee. Additionally, the check amount will be subject to a 29% interest rate per year, or the highest interest rate permissible by law.


Unjustified Credit Card Chargebacks


A chargeback is when a customer disputes a charge made on his card. If the cardholder did not authorize the purchase, we will work with you to ensure the situation is resolved to your satisfaction.


Please read and acknowledge our cancellation, return, replacement, order acceptance, and payment policies prior to placing an order. Our system does not allow our customers to place an order until they have complied with this request. We do this to confirm that both parties understand the expectations in entering a business agreement. If, after reviewing our policies, you place your order, you are consenting to abide by our policies. We make every attempt to be fair and reasonable in our interactions.


In accordance with this, we will charge a $75 penalty fee for every unjustified credit card chargeback against our company. We will also report all unjustified chargebacks to various organizations which protect large and small businesses from unjustified chargebacks.


Examples of unjustified chargebacks are: a customer issues an unjustified complaint, a customer starts an unwarranted dispute with his credit card company, a customer refuses to pay, a customer ships the product without going through the RMA process and starts a dispute, a customer disregards our return policy and etc.




Every effort is made to ship your order as soon as possible. If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us by phone or e-mail within 2 hours of placing the order. If your order has already been packed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. Cancellations cost us time and processing expenses, therefore we have a$20 cancellation fee to cover the time and fees we incurred. If your product has shipped and you refuse delivery, you will be held responsible for the cost of shipping in both directions in addition to the cancellation fee. In these cases the package will be inspected to ensure it has not been opened and upon inspection, determiniation will be made as to weather the product will be accepted as a return item.




MHDnet llc and considers any item returned to our warehouse a return. This includes unclaimed packages that were shipped to buyer and returned due to no signer, or any other reason. MHDnet llc and are not responsible for any shipper error. Due to the nature of our products, all returned items must be approved in advance by requesting an RMA using the contact us form within 5 days of delivery. After 5 days if we have not received a request form all sales are final.


All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number


To request an RMA# please fill in this simple contact us form. This will determine where we ask you to ship the product - returns are usually sent directly to one of our warehouses not our PA Headquarters.


After your request is processed (2-3 days) we will reply with instructions. Products returned without an RMA may get lost in the process, thereby inhibiting us from crediting your return. Please follow the simple instructions so we can process your return quickly and effectively.


To request a return, simply request and RMA within 5 days of the delivery date. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, and shrink wrap). We must receive your item back within 10 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 5 - 10 business days from the time we receive the item to process your return. After inspection, you will be notified if the item is eligible for return. Merchandise returned with missing items is not eligible for a refund.


For your protection, we recommend that all returns be sent back via traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and less a restocking fee of $20 per-item or 20% of the total order cost (instead of the $20 per-item fee) For refunds on purchases made with a credit card, we will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase. If you paid using PayPal, or check, the refund will be applied to your account as an in-store credit.


Non-Defective Returns: MHDnet llc and reserve the right to refuse the return of any non-defective item.

Defective Returns: You may return defective items to us within 10 days for a replacement. After 10 days, the Manufacturer's Warranty will apply and we will help you contact them if you have any issues. If the item shows signs of misuse, it will not be accepted for return. Items returned, that are being claimed as defective or damaged, WILL BE SUBJECT to a 25% restocking fee if they are found to be in working order. Please read the manual.


We can not accept the return of certain items, including:

  • Open or used products
  • Special order products
  • Fees for service performed or shipping
  • Single use products such as pepper spray
  • Custom built products such as Hidden cameras
  • GPS Tracking devices
  • Counter-surveillance detectors
  • Other select items, as noted on the product detail page.

All Sales on the above listed items are final.

Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement or refund.
