Just place the unit directly into your ear just like any other hearing aid and you will instantly notice the difference. This device has a built in volume control and decibel limiter so no expensive trips to the doctor for tuning will be necessary. Of course this device is meant to be used with caution as it can detect voices and sounds up to 100 feet away with zero interference.
